Welcome to the Department of Nursing at Jordan University Hospital

As an integral part in the healthcare team, nursing is at the heart of patient care at JUH. There are over 800 nurses at JUH providing specialized care for patients in their time of greatest need: from premature newborns to trauma and critical care.

Our nurses provide high quality patient-and family-centered care in a dynamic and rewarding academic environment where we support the health and well-being of our patients as well as our nursing staff.

Our philosophy is committed to providing professional care, which preserves dignity, promotes health, wellness, and recovery from illness to our patients and their families. Our goal is to achieve, maintain, and demonstrate caring through professional nursing practice.
