Human Resources Department
  about the department :

This department focuses on the human element, it has the objective of maximizing the productivity of JUH by optimizing the effectiveness of its employees through improving their work life and treating them as valuable resources.  Developing human resources plays a vital role in improving the organizational capacities of organizations; contributing in achieving their goals, to be able to polarize competencies and rehabilitate them to keep up with current and future challenges.

  Department Services :  

1- Developing the organizational structure of the hospital in terms of objectives, tasks, job titles, as well as analyzing and evaluating job descriptions.

2- Implementing and developing all the rules and regulations related to employees.

3- Handling the procedures of payment, bonuses, compensations, and other financial dues.

4- Polarization, Recruitment, and Selection.

5- Human Resources planning which refers to the development of job descriptions, performance appraisals, training programs, policies and regulations.

 

6- Providing other administrative services related to employees.
